The kit also comes with an inline 18dB/oct audiophile grade crossover which helps direct appropriate frequencies to the tweeter while protecting it from those that may damage it.

If your looking to add a little more high frequency output to your audio system then look not further than the PM2T-S marine grade, add-on tweeter kit. This kit features a 1" high quality aluminum dome tweeter designed to be incredibly accurate while still producing high output. Knowing this tweeter will likely be exposed to the elements, we have designed it using all marine rated materials as well as testing it for survival in outdoor applications.
The kit also comes with an inline 18dB/oct crossover pack to ensure proper filtering of unwanted frequencies protecting the tweeter while directing the desired sound to it. Additionally we include both flush mount and flange mounting options in the kit.
