Overview

How these terms apply

These terms explain how the store can be used, how product and pricing information should be understood, and what to expect when placing an order.

Storefront terms, not a product manual

These terms govern use of the storefront and its shopping tools. They are not a substitute for installation guidance, manufacturer instructions, warranty documents, or professional technical advice.

Where a more specific policy applies, such as shipping and returns or privacy handling, that related page should be read together with these terms.

Subject to applicable law

These terms do not override rights or obligations that apply under consumer protection, privacy, payment, or other applicable law.

If a law gives you stronger rights, that law still applies.

Use

Using the storefront and its shopping tools

Customers may browse, search, compare, save, and purchase products through the storefront for legitimate shopping purposes.

Permitted use

  • Browse product listings, category pages, and fitment-aware navigation.
  • Create an account, manage a wishlist, and check order status.
  • Use the storefront to submit legitimate purchase requests through checkout.

Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to interfere with pricing, checkout, search, authentication, or site security.
  • Using bots or scraping behavior that degrades the storefront or bypasses normal use controls.
  • Trying to access other users' accounts, sessions, orders, or non-public system data.

Products

Product information, fitment, and customer judgment

Catalog information is meant to help customers shop more efficiently, but compatibility and installation decisions still require customer review.

Descriptions and fitment guidance

Product titles, specifications, fitment notes, photos, and category placement are provided to support shopping decisions. That information can change as the catalog is corrected, expanded, or synchronized with supplier and manufacturer data.

Fitment or compatibility context should be treated as guidance, not as a guarantee that a product is appropriate for every vehicle, trim, enclosure, wiring setup, or installation environment.

Customer responsibility

  • Confirm the selected product is suitable for the intended vehicle or audio system.
  • Review wiring, mounting, power, and installation requirements before ordering or installing.
  • Use qualified installation help where the product or vehicle setup calls for it.

Pricing and Orders

How pricing, checkout, and order handling work

The storefront can show live pricing, shipping charges, taxes, and inventory-dependent availability, but submitted orders still remain subject to operational review.

Pricing and checkout

The current checkout flow calculates order totals in Canadian dollars, including line-item pricing, flat-rate shipping logic where applicable, and tax based on the shipping address entered at checkout.

Displayed pricing or availability may still change if catalog data, taxes, shipping assumptions, or inventory inputs change before fulfillment review is complete.

Order review and fulfillment

  • Orders may be reviewed for payment confirmation, fraud signals, inventory availability, shipping practicality, or other operational concerns.
  • Submitting checkout information does not guarantee that every order will be fulfilled exactly as submitted.
  • The storefront may contact the customer, adjust handling, or cancel an order where pricing, payment, inventory, or fulfillment constraints require it.

Related policy

Shipping timing, return eligibility, and other fulfillment specifics should be read together with the Shipping & Returns page.

Accounts

Account access, saved features, and customer conduct

The storefront offers account features such as login, wishlist access, and order history. Those features depend on accurate customer information and reasonable account security.

Account responsibility

  • Provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
  • Keep login credentials and access methods under the customer's control.
  • Notify the store promptly if unauthorized account activity is suspected.

Storefront protections

The storefront can suspend or limit access where account misuse, attempted fraud, repeated abuse, or interference with site operations is reasonably suspected.

Session handling, sign-in security checks, and related privacy treatment are described further in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Changes and Limits

Storefront changes, interruptions, and policy updates

Products, pricing, categories, features, and policies can change over time as the store is updated.

Updates to the storefront

  • Products, prices, promotions, and category structures may be updated or removed.
  • Account, search, checkout, and fitment features may change as the storefront evolves.
  • Policy pages may be revised to reflect new operational or legal requirements.

Service limits

The storefront is provided as an operating ecommerce site, not as a promise that every page, product, or feature will be continuously available without interruption or correction.

We may update the store, correct content, or adjust policies when needed.
